Sexton Builders is a family-owned renovation company running since 2017, led by brothers Ben and Brendan across North West Brisbane. The jobs are large: kitchens, second storeys, extensions and full custom renovations, often lasting six to nine months, usually with the homeowner still living in the house through the build. That makes the buyer unusually cautious, and it makes the first question a quiet one nobody asks out loud: are these people legitimate. Both brothers work every job, so a Friday enquiry cannot sit waiting for whichever one is free.
